Wii Battle of Giants : Dino Strike is what sparked his love of this one. Several of our stegosaurs became dacentrurus (dacentrurii?) (this one is also the one he learned to read ‘out of stock’ on the internet ūüôā )

A large, and heavily built stegosaur with plates and spikes, with large spikes coming out of the shoulders, it was originally known as Omasaurus. Dacentrurus was from the Late Jurassic Time Period found in what is now Europe.

Name means:
Tail full of points

Originally named Omasaurus but that was taken already by a crocodilian
